Month-01
- Introduction to the sector – career opportunities, beauty therapy services, maintenance of salon, health, hygiene and hazards prevention, first AID.
- Hair treatments – Oil massage, hair fall & growth, Dandruff, Split ends treatment, Mehandi application, SPA treatment.
- Hair Do – Basic to bridal hair do with heat styling.
Month-02
- Hair science – hair structure & function, layers of hair, hair growth cycle, pH of hair, hair diseases, nutrition & diet for hair.
- Hair cutting – hair density, length, texture & diameter, scissors & comb terminology, cutting theory & practical.
- Blow dry- different techniques, product knowledge.
Month-03
- Hair colour & highlights– Colour theory, product knowledge, root touch up, global colouring, highlights, Ombre, Balayage.
- Hair chemical treatments – Product knowledge, Smoothening, Straightening, Rebonding, Keratin, Cysteine treatments.
